Malo e lelei Whanau,
On Monday morning, the whole school gathered in the school hall for the opening of Tongan Language Week and their flag ceremony too. It was such a proud moment for our Tongans to see their own flag and culture being presented on stage. Also, it was wonderful to see Rowandale's Tongan whanau in their own colourful traditional clothes to show respect for their own culture.
