Last week on Wednesday, we learnt one of the Athletics skill which is Shot Put. We learnt that it is basically track and field event involving throwing in a pushing motion, a heavy spherical object - the shot as far as possible.

We were really excited to learn another new skill - Shot Put after Skipping. So the coaches taught us step by step and it can be seen in the videos and photos below:
