Life Education was FUN & COOL learning with HAROLD

This week the 'Dedicated Dragons' had a wonderful learning experience with Harold on the Life education bus. Before we left, everybody was so excited to see what's inside the bus and who is Harold-who'll teach us cool things about our 'Brain' & how to keep ourselves 'Happy and Healthy' 💪 .

Kind Reminders for our Parents & Caregivers for this Week-8

Class Photo-I would like to remind our all parents about the class photo on 23rd March, Thursday also children need to return their envelopes to the teacher with selected pack/s please.Thank you 😄

Swimming on Wednesday-Another humble reminder about our next swimming lesson is on 22nd of this month. Please make sure your child brings their togs, change of underwear and a towel in a plastic bag. It is really important that your child learns to swim; it could save their life! If your child does not have togs please let us know so we can help. If your child is unable to swim then please send a note to school with reason. Thank you for your support!   

We are so lucky at Rowandale school to have our own pool to learn swimming skills👍

 Life Education- We are very fortunate to have Life education in our school this  week where we will go and learn about our topic brain & how to make the right  choices with Harold.

 

Harold, the Giraffe will help us learn in this mobile classroom yyaaaayyyyy...

  Warm Greetings Dear Parents and Caregivers- Kia Ora, Talofa lava, Malo lelei, Kia Orana, and Namaste to our "Dedicated Dragons" lovely whanau.

My name is Simranjeet Kaur and I am your child's teacher in Room-8 also known as
"Dedicated Dragons". I am a new teacher in this school, and I am very excited to be teaching and working alongside you to help support their learning. I am always happy to talk to you about your child's progress or answer any question you have. You are more than welcome before or after school.  

In Week 2, we had our special 'Branding Assembly' to show the whole school- our class name. We recited a class chant and made colourful dragon masks to go with it as well. 

Here we showcased our special Chant in 'Branding Assembly' with complete enthusiasm and energy with Mrs Kaur. We were very brave to be able to stand and do our cool chant in front of the whole school and some parents as well. You know what-When we went back to our class, Mrs Kaur said-"Oh, my lovely dragons, everyone did so well". I am proud of YOU!!!
