Physical Fitness in Term 2 - Rippa Rugby

Rippa Rugby 


Last week, on Tuesday Coach Allan and his team came to teach us the skills we need to learn to play Rippa Rugby as our sports focus for this term. We are very fortunate as they'll be coming throughout this term for us. 

It was our first session and we started with some warm up exercises such as hurdle racing, sprinting and bear crawling. We also learnt the skill how to rip the tags from the Rippa Belt and how to avoid having our tags taken. 

It was amazing how some of us tried really well also Coach Allan and his team were really happy with our great efforts. Dragons can't wait for our next session...
