FMS - Last Session of SHOT PUT

Kia Ora Whanau,

We're really lucky to have coaches from FMS to teach us a range of skills in sports and to help us stay and live a happy and a healthy life. On Wednesday, our last and the final session was on Shot Put where we had to apply all the techniques we had learned so far in our last sessions.
